A cloud-based inventory system built in Baserow to manage community camping and event equipment. The system mirrors the existing Airtable structure, supports hierarchical records (parent–child items), tracks locations and quantities, and generates unique asset IDs with QR codes for easy identification, stocktaking, and future reporting — all using a no-subscription, low-cost setup.
