The Summit Staffing mobile application, is a robust workforce management solution designed to seamlessly connect participants (employers) with qualified support workers. The platform features a dual-role system, allowing users to register as either a worker or a participant. Participants can create, manage, and publish shifts, while workers can easily browse available shifts and apply in real time. Once an application is submitted, participants receive instant notifications to review and approve requests. Upon approval, the worker is assigned to the shift and notified accordingly, ensuring a smooth and transparent hiring process.
To enhance efficiency and accountability, the application includes a smart geofencing system that automatically checks in workers when they arrive within a 100-meter radius of the assigned location, based on the scheduled shift timing. This eliminates the need for manual attendance tracking and improves accuracy. The app also offers a built-in messaging feature for real-time communication between participants and workers. Additionally, a powerful coordinator module enables coordinators to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, making it ideal for handling large-scale operations.
